THE ROOMS
There are three comfortable and spacious bedrooms (one king, one double and one twin) and three bathrooms, all with walk-in showers. The master bedroom spans the top floor and has a roll-top bath and relaxing seating area. There are two sitting rooms, a dining room, a study with Juliet balcony and a beautiful secluded courtyard. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven and induction hobs and there is a utility room with washer and dryer.
All bedrooms and relaxation areas have air conditioning.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
Please note the house wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties
or families with children under 5.
We do not have a designated parking spot as the street is very narrow. It is possible to briefly stop outside to unload luggage or shopping, but the easiest place to park is on the main street into Pollensa, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the house.
